Well... lets begin!My name is Marit A.Q. I am an 18 year old Senior at CHS. I live in USA, but originally I am from Russia. I moved to USA when I was 10 because my mother married an American man. I do not usually have a Russian accent, though sometimes I do tend to mix Vs with Ws and pronounce random words weirdly.
I started Drawing at a very early age, although I was never really serious about it. I started taking art seriously when I was 13, by tracing Sailormoon coloring books. The skill evolved into being able to draw without reference, and expanded into greater fields than just anime characters.
For my mediums I use: Copic Markers, Prismacolor colour pencils, Russian Guache, BASICS acrylique, Sakura microns and sometimes Photoshop CS with a Wacom Graphire.

Hello friends and guests!
Yes, I realize I had disapeared from the face of the Earth for about half a year, but I believe I am back now. I get these... random phases of when I can't even look at art, either because I am extremely busy, or because I am in a ginormous art block. Lets see... what news do I have... I am on my winter vacation, and should have plenty of time to draw... seeing how I have till Februrary to get my portfolio together for SCAD's internal portfolio scholarship. I don't know whether I got in yet, or not... but I applied like 2 weeks ago... should be finding out soon!
School is keeping me extremely busy... senior project

Yep, I am really having fun with art trades! Its kind of shameful to say that I have not drawn or posted any of my original characters in this gallery yet! I really have to draw a picture of my Warcraft Shadow Priest, Marrit! Although lately, Ive been leveling a hunter with ~rlwmayor (https://www.deviantart.com/rlwmayor) (Were both lvl 36! Haha)But I still love my priest the most, she is so well geared, and pushes out a crapload of DPS! I <3 her.

Alright so.. Im sick to hell. :(
Because it snowed for the first time in 3 millenias in Columbus, I've done absolutely nothing this weekend. On the top of that, I got sick! Although I never officially checked Im dead sure I have a feaver, I am coughing uncontrolably, my nose does not work for breathing purposes.... it sucks!
